1. Installing the SecureW2 EAP Suite
1.1. Windows XP/2K/Vista
1.1.1. Prerequisites
Make sure you have the following services running before installing:
- Wireless Zero Configuration;
- Wired Auto Configuration (Vista/XP SP3)
EapHost service (Vista).
1.1.2. Installation
To install the SecureW2 EAP Suite, do the following:
Download the latest SecureW2_EAP_SUITE_xxx.zip file from the website http://www.securew2.com/products
Unzip the SecureW2_EAP_Suite_xxx.zip file to a temporary folder on your computer;
Double click on the SecureW2_EAP_Suite_xxx.exe file and follow the instructions of the installation program;
- Reboot the computer when prompted.

1.1.3. Uninstallation
To uninstall the SecureW2 EAP Suite, simply use the “Remove Programs” application in the “Settings/System” folder or select the "Uninstall" option in the Programs/SecureW2 from your start menu.
1.2. Windows CE
1.2.1. Prerequisites
- Microsoft Pocket PC 2003 (Windows Mobile) or later (If your handheld runs an older version, you may be able to upgrade. Contact your vendor for more information);
- A wireless/wired NIC that supports 802.1x;
ActiveSync installed on your desktop.
1.2.2. Installation
To install the SecureW2 EAP Suite, do the following:
Make sure your handheld is connected to your computer and that ActiveSync is installed and running;
Download the latest SecureW2_EAP_SUITE_xxx_CE.zip file from the website http://www.securew2.com/products
Unzip the SecureW2_EAP_Suite_xxx_CE.zip file to a temporary folder on your computer;
Double click on the SecureW2_EAP_Suite_xxx_CE.exe file and follow the instructions of the installation program.

1.2.3. Uninstallation
